ModFinder provides AI-assisted automotive research reports. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What We Collect
- ·Your report prompt — the vehicle description and modification or repair request you submit.
- ·Vehicle details — make, model, year, chassis code, and other information extracted from your prompt.
- ·Generated report content — the AI-generated preview and full report produced for your request.
- ·Email address — if you choose to provide it for saving your report link, receiving a copy, or submitting feedback.
- ·Feedback — ratings, yes/no responses, and any comments you submit through the feedback form.
- ·Contact messages — name, email, subject, and message submitted through the contact form.
- ·Product events and analytics — page views, button clicks, report generation events, and similar usage signals.
- ·Campaign data — UTM parameters or other attribution signals if you arrive from an ad or link.
- ·Payment metadata — Stripe checkout session ID and payment status used to confirm your purchase and unlock your report. We do not store card numbers, full card details, or any payment instrument data.
How We Use It
- ·To generate and deliver your AI report.
- ·To improve report quality and accuracy over time, using anonymized prompts and feedback.
- ·To understand how the product is used and which features matter most.
- ·To respond to your support or contact requests.
- ·To analyze ad campaign performance at an aggregate level.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you purchase a report, your payment details are handled directly by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. We receive a payment status and session ID to confirm your purchase and unlock your report. We do not store card numbers or full card details.

Analytics & Tracking
We use internal analytics (stored in Supabase) and Meta Pixel to understand product usage and ad campaign performance. Meta Pixel may collect browser and device information as part of standard web analytics.
Using an ad blocker or opting out of tracking does not affect your ability to generate or access reports.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following services that may process your data as part of delivering the product:
- ·OpenAI — to generate AI report content from your prompt.
- ·Stripe — to process payments.
- ·Supabase — to store report data.
- ·Meta — for ad and analytics tracking.
- ·Resend — to send contact form messages to our support team.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain report data and associated prompts to maintain your report access link and improve the product. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your information from our systems.
