Our Commitment
ModFinder is an early AI-assisted report product. We want it to be genuinely useful. If your full report clearly misses the mark or is not useful for your request, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at launchpilot.support@proton.me within 7 days of your purchase, or use the contact form.
Please include:
- ·Your report link (the URL of your report)
- ·The email address used at checkout, if available
- ·A short explanation of what was not useful
What We'll Do
Depending on the case, we may:
- ·Issue a full refund
- ·Regenerate the report with a better prompt
- ·Or otherwise help resolve the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed through Stripe. Once issued, refunds typically appear on your card or bank statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Limitations
- ·Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- ·We do not guarantee that every automotive recommendation will match your personal preference — but we will handle early customer issues fairly.
- ·Abuse or repeated refund requests without genuine cause may be declined.
- ·This policy applies to the ModFinder AI report product only.
